The client lives in a modest home in the town of Holiday and didn't want to break the bank with a kitchen remodel as a very expensive remodel just didn't make sense for the house. We went in and listened to what the client wanted and delivered on exactly that. We were able to get a quality American made cabinet that was within the project specifications. We saved the client some money by installing a traditional formica countertop instead of a more modern stone. We added a new lighting area in the ceiling with a custom fixture. We were even able to add little touches like a custom island. The client purchased his own new appliances including a new sink and faucet. We also added a custom tile backsplash for the finishing touch. All of this and the total renovation cost was under $10k! It can be done!
